About CareerNerds and This Website
CareerNerds provides a personalized career coaching program for graduates of the United States Military Academy (USMA), United States Naval Academy (USNA), and United States Air Force Academy (USAFA).
The program combines professional branding, done-for-you targeted outreach, and networking and interviewing coaching to help clients advance their career
The Website provides information about CareerNerds, its coaching program, team, client experiences, and educational resources. Visitors may also use the Website to schedule introductory calls, access free resources, and contact CareerNerds.
The CareerNerds coaching program cannot be purchased directly through the Website. Enrollment and payment are arranged separately.
Participation in the paid coaching program is governed by the applicable CareerNerds Coaching Commitment Agreement. The CareerNerds Coaching Plan describes the program and its principal components.
These Website Terms govern use of the Website and do not replace the terms of the applicable Coaching Commitment Agreement.
Accounts
Access to the CareerNerds client CRM web application is available only to enrolled CareerNerds clients who have been provided with an account. The application can be accessed through the Website. General Website visitors cannot create an account.
Clients with accounts are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the termination of their account.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and restricting unauthorized access. They must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate contractual obligations.
You can request termination of your account by contacting us at the contact information listed below.
Coaching Program Enrollment and Payments
CareerNerds offers one paid career coaching program. The program is not purchased or paid for directly through the Website.
Visitors interested in the program may schedule an introductory call to learn more about CareerNerds and the coaching process.
Enrollment, payment arrangements, and the terms of participation are handled separately from the Website.
The CareerNerds Coaching Commitment Agreement states that payment is made in full before coaching begins.
Refunds
Payment is made in full before coaching begins and is non-refundable once the program starts, as stated in the CareerNerds Coaching Commitment Agreement.

NO WARRANTY

The limitations of liability provided in these Terms of Use inure to the benefit of CareerNerds, LLC.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Website, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Website.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions including, without limitation, the interpretation or breach thereof, shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Laramie County, WY.
